Shipping Policy

At Wisk-it, we aim to ensure safe and timely delivery of all hardware orders for our hospitality and retail customers throughout Spain and Europe.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to:

  • Spain 

  • European Union countries

If you are located outside these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us at romain@wisk-it.com for custom arrangements.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Spain: 2–4 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or local holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

  • Free shipping may be available for specific orders or promotional periods and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Packaging & Tracking

  • All products are shipped securely in protective packaging.

  • Orders include tracking, which will be sent by email once your package is dispatched.

  • Custom kits and branded boxes (if applicable) are assembled and packed by our team in Spain.

Delays or Issues

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays can occasionally happen. If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us immediately at romain@wisk-it.com or +34 684 627 182.

 Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos and report it within 48 hours.

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the carrier and work with you to find a solution.
